Instrument of Surrender
35 years ago, at this time of the year, we were at war. At war against a military junta, that was responsible for a genocide on its own people. I just found the original scanned copy of the Instrument of Surrendar of Pakistani Eastern Command led by Lt. Gen. AAK Naizi.
