India lets quake victims cross Line of Control

India has agreed to let the quake victims cross LOC.But pakistani government is guarded in its response. I hope the response will be positive this time, unlike it happened for most of the help offered by India earlier. Like we want helicopters but not the crew. How disgusting is this argument? Lets assume that India agrees to give the helicopters without the crew. Can pakistan get crew to run these helicoptors ( Most of these will be Indian (Cheetah, Chetak, Lancer) and Russian Make)?. How easy it would be for Pakistan to find crew to fly these helicoptors??

And when India said that it is willing to help along the LOC, pakistan counter claims that it is willing to help India in J&K. First, let the pakistan put their house in order. Then, they can come to help in India. These are exactly how the Pakistanis handle the Kashmir situation. They want the people of Kashmir to have Right to Self determination. But sadly, the pakistanis themselves rarely has this right. They end up ruled by the end of the barrel most of the time. In these games that Pakistan plays, its the people of Kashmir that suffer.
